Abstract

The preparation process includes the following steps: preparing materials; spraying strong alkali solution into starch and stirring; spraying hydrogen peroxide solution and iron salt solution to the mixture and adding borax to the mixture; spraying urea and sodium silicate to the mixture while stirring; reacting the mixture at 60-80 deg c in stove for 1.5-2.5 hr and stoving at 100-110 deg.c; crushing the mixture and 60-100 mesh sieving to obtain the dry powder type adhesive.
