Abstract

The dewaxing catalyst contains one kind of zeolite carrier and hydrogenating metal component, and the zeolite is one kind of RE containing high-silicon zeolite in five membered ring structure and hassilica/alumina molar ratio of 20-100, RE oxide content in 0.1-2.5 wt% and sodium oxide content of 0.1-1.5 wt%. The zeolite has special X-ray diffraction spectrum line and relatively high selectivity.

Description

Invention field [0001] The present invention relates to a catalytic dewaxing catalyst, more specifically, to a catalytic dewaxing catalyst containing zeolite. Background technique [0002] To produce products with good flow properties at low temperatures from waxy feedstock oils, such as lubricating oil, jet fuel, and low-pour-point diesel, dewaxing is necessary. Wherein, the wax refers to linear or lightly branched hydrocarbon compounds, such as linear or lightly branched long chain alkanes, long chain alkyl aromatic hydrocarbons and long chain alkyl cycloalkanes. [0003] The traditional dewaxing method is the solvent dewaxing process. The main disadvantage of this process is the high operating cost. Another dewaxing method is the catalytic dewaxing method, which is to contact the waxy feedstock oil with hydrogen in the presence of a zeolite-containing catalytic dewaxing catalyst to selectively crack or isomerize the wax molecules to achieve dewaxing the ...
