[0015] According to the preparation method of the catalyst provided by the present invention, the water in the reverse micelle system mainly comes from the water in the aqueous solution of the noble metal compound and the aqueous solution of the reducing agent. In order to control the size of the noble metal particles generated in the reverse micelles, according to the method provided by the invention, the amount of the added noble metal compound aqueous solution, the amount of the reducing agent aqueous solution and the amount of the surfactant non-aqueous solution make the final formed reverse glue The molar ratio of water to surfactant in the beam system, that is, the value of the water content of the reverse micelles is controlled between 1-20, preferably the value of the water content of the reverse micelles is controlled between 1-10.

Abstract

The method includes steps: (1) adding water solution of noble metal compounds, and water solution of reducing agent to non aqueous solution of surface active agent respectively, and then stirring them evenly so as to obtain two inverse micellar solutions; (2) mixing the obtained two inverse micellar solutions, making the mixed solution contact with carrier of catalyst, and stirring them to make grains of noble metal be loaded to carrier of catalyst, obtaining catalyst grains of noble metal. Controlling size of fluid drop i.e. water content, the method can control size of grain of noble metal catalyst. Thus, the invention can obtain catalyst with high catalytic activity and smaller grain size so as to raise use ratio of noble metal, lower cost. Features are: simple method, controllable technical condition, and no pollution of reducing agent on environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a fuel cell catalyst, in particular to a preparation method of a noble metal catalyst used in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell. Background technique [0002] A fuel cell is a device that directly converts chemical energy into electrical energy. It has the advantages of high energy conversion efficiency, no noise, and no environmental pollution. In recent years, proton exchange membrane fuel cells have developed the most rapidly. Because of their small size, low operating temperature, and portability, they are suitable for use in the field of mobile power sources and have broad development prospects. They have attracted widespread attention from all over the world. However, proton exchange membrane fuel cells still face many problems, especially the performance of electrocatalysts still cannot meet the ideal requirements. [0003] Currently, supported noble metal platinum nano-catalysts are widely us...
