Abstract

It takes sludge from river, lake and reservation as raw material and takes shale as auxiliary material. It makes use of the heat from fusible organic component during baking and thus shortens the baking time and saves energy consumption. It controls process of de-carbonization and sintering and expanding to produce super-light ceramic granule. The product is mainly used as bone material for concrete temperature insulation, super-light wall material, block super-light material, temperature insulation material and packing material for wastewater biological treatment.
