Method for controlling a longitudinal slide valve and hydraulic system

The invention relates to a method for controlling a longitudinal slide valve (1) with an electromagnetically controlled longitudinal slide (2) actuated by a spring force, which is movable back and forth between two end positions (5, 7) defined by mechanical stops and at least one intermediate position (6). To improve the actuation of the longitudinal slide valve (1), the longitudinal slide (2) is actuated with a decaying superimposed oscillation when its intermediate position (6) is actuated in such a way that the longitudinal slide (2) is specifically stimulated to additional movements which serve to bring the longitudinal slide (2) quickly and precisely into its intermediate position (6) when there is an occurrence of frictional forces between moving and stationary valve components which are undesirable in themselves.

Systems And Methods For Fluid Monitoring And Content Control In Industrial Fluid Systems

The present disclosure provides an exemplary process for a system that may remove particulate from industrial fluids using a Particulate Removal System (“PRS”). In some aspects, this system may treat water pulled from different Industrial Fluid Systems (“IFS”) while doing continuous monitoring and quality tests of the water. In some embodiments, the system may use sensors and other technology to allow for the system to periodically self-clean itself allowing for maximum efficiency and accuracy while also cleaning the water from the IFS. In some implementations, the water from the IFS may be separated through a Particulate Trap Mechanism (“PTM”) to ensure that particulate including dissolved material has been removed from the water and separated from possible contamination throughout the system. In some aspects the system may be used for continuous and direct measurement of water quality and automatic chemical level adjustment by systems to maintain a desired range or setpoints.

Control method, control system and electric valve

Provided are a control method, a control system and an electric valve. The control method includes steps described below. An actually measured setting parameter curve is acquired. A required setting parameter curve is acquired. Both the actually measured setting parameter curve and the required setting parameter curve represent a corresponding relationship between a position of the electric valve and a setting parameter. The actually measured setting parameter curve and the required setting parameter curve are fitted to acquire a position mapping curve. The position mapping curve represents a corresponding relationship between an actual position of the electric valve and a required position of the electric valve, and a difference value between a setting parameter corresponding to an abscissa of each coordinate point on the position mapping curve and a setting parameter corresponding to an ordinate of the each coordinate point on the position mapping curve is less than a setting difference value. A setting required position is obtained according to a required setting parameter and the required setting parameter curve, and a setting actual position is acquired according to the setting required position and the position mapping curve. The electric valve is controlled to run toward the setting actual position of the electric valve.
