The invention discloses a
zeolite molecular sieve regeneration device and a regeneration method, and belongs to the technical field of
zeolite molecular sieves. The regeneration device comprises a
microwave digestion tank, a
microwave generator and a temperature controller; the
microwave generator is arranged at an opening of the
microwave digestion tank; the temperature controller is used for controlling the
heating temperature of a
zeolite molecular sieve; and a weighing device is used to weigh the heated zeolite
molecular sieve. The regeneration method comprises the following steps: placinga saturated zeolite molecular
sieve which adsorbs volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the
microwave digestion tank, starting the temperature controller and setting a temperature, starting the microwave generator, heating the zeolite molecular
sieve, recording the time, turning off the microwave generator every one minute, taking out the zeolite molecular
sieve for weighing, and repeating the heating and weighing processes until the weight of the zeolite molecular sieve does not change any more, so that regeneration is completed. According to the invention, microwave is utilized to rapidlyheat the zeolite molecular sieve, and the regeneration temperature is lower than the regeneration temperature of a conventional regeneration method, so that the regeneration method has the advantagesof high
desorption rate, low
energy consumption and the like. In addition, the desorbed substances after microwave
desorption are directly condensed into a
liquid state and thus are convenient to recycle, so that secondary
pollution is avoided.
