The invention provide a novel insulated cable which is high in fire-resistant performance, high in overload protecting capacity, high in working temperature, high in anti-radiation capacity and excellent in shielding performance. The novel insulated cable comprises at least one cable core conductor, fire-resistant layers, insulating layers, oxygen-barrier layers, wrapping layers and filling layers, wherein each cable core conductor is formed by winding at least two aluminum alloy cable cores, each fire-resistant layer is a double-sided flourophlogopite belt, each insulating layer is a ceramic fire-resistant composite belt, each oxygen-barrier layer is a ceramic fire-resistant composite belt, each wrapping layer is a vitreous fiber belt, each filling layer is made of vitreous fibers, at least one fire-resistant layer and at least one insulating layer are sequentially wound outside each cable core conductor, the cable core conductors form an overall cable core, at least one oxygen-barrier layer and at least one wrapping layer are sequentially wound outside the overall cable core, and the space between the cable core conductors and the space between the overall cable core and the oxygen-barrier layers are filled with the filling layers.
