Embodiment 1

[0022] Take 16.5 parts of distilled water, add 0.2 parts of potato stems and leaves (dried, crushed, and filtered through a 100-mesh sieve) and mix evenly, then add 0.008 parts of ammonium persulfate, 0.008 parts of N, N-methylenebisacrylamide, acrylamide 0.9 parts, 0.3 parts of acrylic acid neutralized by 20% sodium hydroxide in an ice-water bath to a neutralization degree of 70%, after being fully stirred evenly, placed in a microwave reaction device, the radiation power was adjusted to 180W, and the radiation time was 5.5min. Carry out graft polymerization. After the reaction is completed, the product is soaked in methanol for 4 hours, dried at 60-70°C, and crushed to obtain the product. Measure its water absorption and other properties: its distilled water absorption rate is 512, the rate of absorbing salt water (0.9%) is 62, and the grafting efficiency is 87%.

Embodiment 3

[0026] Take 10 parts of distilled water, add 0.2 parts of potato stem and leaf waste residue after ethanol extraction of solanesol (dried, crushed, and filtered through a 100-mesh sieve) and mix evenly, then add 0.008 parts of ammonium persulfate, N, N-methylene 0.012 parts of bisacrylamide, 0.3 parts of acrylamide, 0.1 part of acrylic acid neutralized by sodium hydroxide in an ice-water bath to a neutralization degree of 70%, after fully stirring, place in a microwave reaction device, and adjust the radiation power to 180W, irradiation time is 6min, carry out graft polymerization. After the reaction is completed, the product is soaked in methanol for 4 hours, dried at 60-70°C, and crushed to obtain the product. Measure its water absorption and other properties: the ratio of absorbing distilled water is: 212, and the ratio of absorbing salt water (0.9%) is: 23. Grafting efficiency: 82%.

Embodiment 4

[0028] Take 23 parts of distilled water, add 0.2 parts of potato stem and leaf waste residue after ethanol extraction of solanesol (dried, crushed, and filtered through a 100-mesh sieve) and mix evenly, then add 0.008 parts of ammonium persulfate, N, N-methylene 0.008 parts of base bisacrylamide, 1.2 parts of acrylamide, 0.4 parts of acrylic acid neutralized by sodium hydroxide in a cold water bath to a neutralization degree of 65%, after fully stirring, place in a microwave reaction device, and adjust the radiation power to 180W, irradiation time is 6.5min, carry out graft polymerization. After the reaction is completed, the product is soaked in methanol for 4 hours, dried at 60-70°C, and crushed to obtain the product. Determination of its water absorption and other properties: the magnification of absorbing distilled water is: 765, and the magnification of absorbing saline (0.9%) is 68. Grafting efficiency: 88%.

Abstract

The present invention is microwave radiation process for synthesizing water absorption material with potato stem and leaf. The preparation process includes the following steps: drying and crushing potato stem and leaf and mixing with distilled water in 40-120 times; adding acrylamide in 1-6 times the weight of potato stem and leaf and acrylic acid in 0.3-2 times through stirring; radiating the mixture in a microwave reactor of radiation power 150-250 W to produce grafting polymerization for 3-8 min; soaking the product in methanol for 1-5 hr, stoving and crushing. The water absorption material has distilled water absorbing rate of 200-1100 times the dry weight, and 0.9 % concentration salt water absorbing rate of 20-95 times the dry weight. The preparation process has short reaction period, low power consumption and high efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of macromolecules, and relates to the preparation of a water-absorbing material, in particular to a method for synthesizing a high-water-absorbing material by using potato stems and leaves as raw materials through microwave radiation. Background technique [0002] Potatoes are annual herbaceous plants that are widely distributed in my country. Because its stems and leaves are inedible, they are generally discarded. This is not only a waste, but also pollutes the environment. Since its main component is cellulose, it can be used to prepare water-absorbing materials. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a method for synthesizing superabsorbent material through microwave radiation using potato stems and leaves as raw materials. [0004] The method for preparing the super-absorbent material of the present invention is to dry and crush the potato stems and leav...
