The ash collection ratio is 4.0 to 6.0; the water cement ratio is 0.30 to 0.40; dry power shaped binding agent, aggregate and water are added in a concrete agitator according to the blending ratio so as to be churned into a mixture with uniform and proper dryness and humidity, which is then is used for paving and construction after being flattened; a low frequency flat oscillator is used for vibrating, compacting and leveling on the surface; the water is poured for maintenance; oily crylic acid resin is taken as mat coat agent to ensure that the color of the pavement is fresh.
