The vehicle does not contain aromatic solvent, petroleum resin and the like, has content indexes of VOC and heavy metal in accordance with related technical requirement of environmental standards products, can give excellent antiemulsion performance to ink, excellent bonding strength to neutral papers and other base materials, and is applicable to the high speed printing with quick drying.
