The peptide and the DNA molecule can be applied in the protein production. The invention also discloses a method for producing protein, which is as follows: the DNA molecule is fused with target genes to obtain fusion gene which are led into yeast so as to obtain recombinant yeast which is fermented so as to produce target protein.
