Abstract

The invention relates to a bactericidal composition comprising the active components including famoxadone and bromothalonil, and auxiliary components which are allowable and acceptable in the pesticides. The mass ratio of the famoxadone to the bromothalonil is 30:1-1:50, preferably 5:1-1:20. The bactericidal composition can be prepared into any dosage form suitable for the agriculture by the known method and the preferred dosage form is wettable powder, emulsifiable concentrates, suspending agents, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water and microemulsion. The bactericidal composition has obvious synergistic effect and is mainly used for controlling powdery mildew and rust diseases.
