Embodiment 1
[0026] Example 1: Antibacterial effect of Bacillus pumilus JK-SX001 on plates of poplar canker pathogens Cytosporachrysosperma, Phomnopsis sp., and Fusicoccum aesculi.
[0027] Inoculate the Bacillus pumilus JK-SX001 strain activated on the NA slant by streaking on both sides of the PDA plate, and then use a puncher with a diameter of 5 mm to punch out the same quality and amount of bacterial blocks from the PDA plate culture of the poplar canker pathogen. Point in the middle of the plate. Cultivate at 28°C for 4 days to observe the presence or absence of the inhibition zone, and record its width (Table 1). The test results showed that JK-SX001 had strong antagonistic effects on the three pathogenic bacteria.

Embodiment 2
[0030] Embodiment 2: the metabolite of Bacillus pumilus JK-SX001 is to 3 kinds of poplar canker pathogens (comprising Phomopsis sp. (Phmnopsis sp.), golden shell cyst sp. The plate antibacterial effect of Fusicoccumaesculi)).
[0031] Spread sterile cellophane on the PDA plate, spread and inoculate Bacillus pumilus JK-SX001, incubate at 30°C for 48 hours, remove the cellophane, inoculate pathogenic bacteria in the center of the plate respectively, and incubate at 28°C. With no birth control bacteria control, after the control mycelia covered the plate, the antagonistic activity was observed, and the bacteriostatic rate was counted (Table 2). The test results showed that the metabolites of JK-SX001 had strong antagonistic effects on the three pathogenic bacteria.

Embodiment 3
[0034] Example 3: Growth-promoting effect of Bacillus pumilus JK-SX001 on 150-day-old Populus americana seedlings.
[0035] Bacillus pumilus JK-SX001 was inoculated in NB medium (3g of beef extract, 10g of peptone, 5g of sodium chloride, pH7.2-7.4, 1L of distilled water) and fermented for 48 hours. Sow the seeds after washing with bacteria water. The seeds were soaked in sterile water as a control. Seedling height 15cm Dingmiao, 4 plants per pot, measure seedling height and ground diameter after 150 days. Compared with the control, the inoculation of JK-SX001 fermentation broth can significantly promote the growth of seedlings (Table 3). Compared with the control (CK), the treatment inoculated with JK-SX001 had significant differences in ground stem and seedling height, and the growth promoting effect was obvious, see figure 1 .
