By using the formulation of organic acid and organic amine as rust inhibitor, the invention, belonging to composite wet-leveling liquid, is superior in the performance of cleaning and rust prevention; and by adding a proper amount of lubricant, the service life of rollers can be prolonged, and the rust-proof life is more than 15 days.
