Abstract

The invention discloses a nerve signal detection/excitation electrode, a twin-electrode, an electrode array and preparation methods thereof. The electrode comprises an acupuncture needle body, an acupuncture needle of which the lower part is a needle tip and the upper part is a needle handle, and an insulating layer is coated on the part above the needle tip and below the needle handle; and epoxy resin and polyimide composite are adopted as the materials. The setting method thereof is as follows: polymerizing 4, 4'-diaminodiphenyl ether and pyromellitic dianhydride in ice bath with the temperature of 0 DEG C to obtain polyamide according to the molar ratio of 1:1; and adding epoxy resin in the polyamide according to the ration that each 20ml of polyamide is added with 1g of epoxy resin, stirring to enable the solution to be uniform and clear so as to obtain the composite solution of the epoxy resin and the polyamide, using a spin coater for spin coating to enable the needle body of the acupuncture to be coated with a layer of epoxy resin and polyamide composite, placing into an oven for baking for 1h at the temperature of 125 DEG C, then baking for 1h at the temperature of 250 DEG C, and forming the epoxy resin and polyamide composite on the needle body serving as the insulating layer.
