The invention discloses a speed-less sensor control method based on a rotation high-frequency injection method and fuzzy PI (proportional integral) control. In the estimation of a rotor angle and a rotating speed, a high-frequency signal injection method is particularly suitable for a zero speed and a low speed, and meanwhile, a fuzzy controller is adopted to replace a traditional PI speed regulator. In a vector control system of a permanent magnet synchronous motor, because of the factors of obvious time delay, low self-adaptive ability and the like of the traditional PI regulator, and strong robustness of fuzzy control, the influence of interference and parameter variation on the control effect is greatly weakened, and the method is particularly suitable for control of nonlinear, time-variation and pure delay systems; and the fuzzy control is designed based on suggestive knowledge and language decision-making rules, so that the method is favorable for simulating a process and a method for manual control, and enhancing the adaptability of a control system.
