The light calcium carbonate and the fine aggregate are added into the degradable starch-based plastic masterbatch, so that the use level of synthetic polymers is reduced greatly; and through the preparation under the reasonable process condition, the quality of products is improved, and the cost is reduced by 45 percenton the premise of ensuring the degradation effect.
