Abstract

The invention discloses a water-soluble copper protective agent, a preparation method and a suing method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing 0.7 to 0.8 weight percent of film forming material and 16 to 19 weight percent of cosurfactant into solution A; preparing 2.8 to 3.6 weight percent of surfactant and the balance of water to prepare solution B; and performing microemulsion on mixture of the solution A and the solution B. The using method comprises the following steps of: heating the water-soluble copper protective agent to the temperature of 60 to 70 DEG C; immersing a clean and dry workpiece in the heated water-soluble copper protective agent for 5 to 10 minutes; taking the workpiece out; and drying, packing and warehousing. The water-soluble copper protective agent has high corrosion resistance and stable electric property, is safe, environmental-friendly and low-cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of metal anticorrosion, in particular to an anticorrosion agent for preventing copper or copper alloys from being oxidized, discolored and corroded. Background technique [0002] Copper and copper alloys have excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, machinability, weldability and corrosion resistance. For a long time, it has been widely used in various fields such as industry, military and civilian use, especially in electronic appliances. However, it is prone to corrosion and discoloration in the use environment, and the discoloration film will reduce various properties of copper, seriously affecting their use effect and life. The surface of copper materials such as electronic printed boards, connectors, and cavities are easily corroded to a certain extent in the atmosphere, causing bad phenomena such as poor contact, decreased solderability, and increased reflow resistance. The impact on m...
