The biomass power generation steam-water system comprises a condensing type condensed water heater, wherein the condensing type condensed water heater comprises an outer shell; an exchange cavity and a dewatering cavity which are communicated from top to bottom are arranged in the outer shell; a flue gas outlet of a biomass boiler is communicated with the exchange cavity; an uprightly placed condensed water coiler is arranged in the exchange cavity; a condensed water outlet and a condensed water inlet which are placed up and down are arranged on the outer shell of the exchange cavity; a flue gas outlet and a flue gas condensed water outlet which are placed up and down are arranged on the outer shell of the dewatering cavity; a deaerator is connected to the condensed water outlet; and the condensed water inlet is connected to a vapor-sealing heater.
