Problems solved by technology

The disadvantages of this method are as follows: 1. Inductance and capacitance resonance can only be used for specific frequency bands. For the current multi-mode navigation receivers with increasing demand, multiple narrow-band low-noise amplifiers are required, which will increase the chip area, thereby increasing cost
2. Due to the unpredictability

Embodiment Construction

[0014] based on the following image 3 , specify the preferred embodiment of the present invention:

[0015] Such as image 3 As shown, the present invention proposes a low-noise amplifier 1 with an automatic calibration function in a navigation system receiver. 14 and frequency controller 15, also includes control switch 16.

[0016] A voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) is composed of an LC resonant cavity 12 and a negative resistance tube 17. The low-noise amplifier 1 and the voltage-controlled oscillator use a common LC resonant cavity 12. Therefore, the output tuning frequency of the low-noise amplifier 1 is the same as that of the oscillator VCO. The output frequency is the same.

[0017] The LC resonator 12 works alternately by controlling the switching and multiplexing of the switch 16 , so that it can be used as a load of the low noise amplifier 1 or as a part of a voltage-controlled oscillator.

[0018] The LC resonator 12 includes an inductor L and a switched ca...

Abstract

The invention provides a low-noise amplifier used in a navigation system receiver and having an automatic calibration function. The low-noise amplifier comprises an LC resonant cavity, a cascode tube, a negative resistance tube, a frequency divider, a frequency controller and a control switch; the LC resonant cavity and the negative resistance tube form a voltage control oscillator; and the LC resonant cavity works in a multiplexing and interacting way due to switching of the control switch, so the LC resonant cavity is used as a load of the low-noise amplifier or a part of the voltage control oscillator. By the method for multiplexing the LC resonant cavity, the design requirements of the voltage control oscillator and the low-noise amplifier can be met at the same time; the frequency is calibrated automatically; moreover, the low-noise amplifier is low in noise, high in gain and reliability, stable in parameters and simple in circuit structure.

Description

technical field [0001] The inventors relate to a low noise amplifier with automatic calibration in a navigation system receiver. Background technique [0002] Commonly used navigation system receiver system architecture such as figure 1 shown. Among them, the low-noise amplifier 2 (LNA) is the first-stage gain stage circuit of the RF receiver, which must meet multiple performance requirements at the same time, such as noise figure (NF), gain (Gain), linearity (IIP3) and power consumption (I DC ). This makes the design of low-noise amplifier 2 (LNA) a major problem in radio frequency circuit design. The radio frequency signal received by antenna 1 (Antenna) is generally very weak, usually between -100dBm (3.2uv) and -70dBm (0.lmv), and the subsequent stage circuit of low noise amplifier 2 (LNA), such as: mixer 5 (Mixer) cannot achieve high gain and low noise, so the low noise amplifier 2 (LNA) must meet certain gain requirements. In order to improve the reliability of s...
