Embodiment 1

[0027] Isolation, screening and identification of embodiment 1CSUFTAC0906002

[0028] Soil samples were taken and separated, purified and preserved by conventional methods. We isolated 14 strains of actinomycetes from the soil. Using the plate confrontation method, 6 strains with an inhibitory diameter greater than 5 mm were initially screened, and then re-screened with a shaker flask to obtain strains that inhibited mycelial growth. Finally, it was determined that CSUFTAC0906002 had the strongest antagonistic effect.

[0029] After the morphological observation, physiological and biochemical experiments and molecular biological identification of the screened strain, it was finally confirmed that the strain was Streptomyces coccidioides subsp. coccidioides.

[0030] Streptomyces coccidioides subspecies CSUFTAC0906002 bacterial colony and hyphae morphology diagram of the present invention are shown in figure 1 and figure 2 .

Embodiment 2

[0031] The antibacterial spectrum determination of embodiment 2CSUFTAC0906002

[0032] Adopt the confrontation training method. Put the pathogenic bacteria cake with a diameter of 6mm on the center of the plate, and then use the inoculation ring to pick up the suspension of the bacteria to be tested at an equidistant distance (3cm from the center of the plate) to inoculate the antagonistic bacteria, and place it in an incubator at 28°C for dark cultivation. After 4 days, observe and record the presence and size of the antibacterial zone, and repeat 3 times. The results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0036] Embodiment 3CSUFTAC0906002 fermentation broth, culture filtrate antibacterial activity assay

[0037]CSUFTAC0906002 fermentation broth and culture filtrate were used to further measure the antibacterial effect of 10 pathogenic bacteria participating in the preliminary screening experiment. The experimental results showed that after CSUFTAC0906002 was cultured with Gaoshi No. 1 and PDA culture medium, there was no significant difference in the antibacterial effect of CSUFTAC0906002 on 10 pathogenic bacteria. The measurement results (Table 2) showed that there were differences in the antibacterial activity of the fermented liquid against 10 kinds of pathogenic bacteria; while the antibacterial effect of the culture filtrate on these bacteria was weak, and it only had a certain inhibitory effect on the camellia oleifera anthracnose bacterium, and the inhibition rate was 34.7%. The inhibition rate of the fermentation liquid to Camellia oleifera anthracnose, Camellia oleifer...

Abstract

The invention discloses a biocontrol streptomyces for preventing and treating camellia oleifera diseases and its application. A bacterial strain of the invention is streptomyces globisporus supsp.globisporus CSUFTAC0906002 and the preservation number is CCTCC M 2011012. The method comprises that: mixing fermentation broth of the bacterial strain with rice bran, naturally air-drying and grinding to produce raw powder; adding 40wt% of raw powder, 38wt% of kaolin, 10wt% of sodium lignosulfonate, 7wt% of SDS and 5 wt% of humic acid for preparing inocula; diluting inocula for directly applied to prevent and treat camellia oleifera diseases by a sprinkling and pouring root mode. The bacterial strain has preventive and therapeutic effect on camellia oleifera diseases, and has an antagonistic action on a plurality of pathogenic fungi. The bacterial strain has the advantages of various action modes and rapid breeding speed to the pathogen, especially has strong inhibiting effect on camellia anthracnose. The invention has important significance on preventing and treating camellia anthracnose, which has good application prospect for developing.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the field of plant protection, in particular to a biocontrol actinomycete strain for preventing and treating major diseases of camellia oleifera and its application, in particular to Streptomyces coccidioides subsp. technical background: [0002] Camellia oleifera (Camellia oleifera) is a unique edible oil tree species in my country and one of the four largest woody oil tree species in the world. It has a history of utilization and cultivation for more than 2,000 years. It has wide adaptability and strong stress resistance, and is suitable for planting in vast red soil hilly low areas. It mainly grows in the south, mainly in Hunan, Jiangxi, and Guangxi. Among them, Hunan Province is the largest camellia oleifera producing area and the largest camellia oil consumption area in China. Camellia oleifera is full of treasures and has high economic value. According to statistics, there are 130 counties with a Camellia oleifera area...
