Embodiment 1

[0026] The method that utilizes shrimp shell to prepare calcium ascorbate that the present embodiment provides, comprises the following steps:

[0027] (1) Pre-treatment of shrimp shells: Wash the shrimp shells, which are by-products of shrimp processing, and dry them with blast air at a drying temperature of 55°C for 12 hours, and then crush them through a 5-mesh sieve under the protection of liquid nitrogen.

[0028] (2) Alkali treatment: Add dilute alkali solution (8% NaOH solution) to the crushed shrimp shells, keep the temperature at 40°C, and stir for 6 hours to remove protein and minced meat; filter, and the filtrate is used to recover protein.

[0029] (3) Ascorbic acid reaction: wash the shrimp shell obtained in step (2) until neutral, drain, take 1000 grams and add it to 2000 ml ascorbic acid solution (ratio of ascorbic acid solution: ascorbic acid: aqueous solution is 1:1 (mass ratio)) , keeping the reaction temperature at 35° C., stirring and reacting for 1.5 hours...

Embodiment 2

[0032] The method that utilizes shrimp shell to prepare calcium ascorbate that the present embodiment provides, comprises the following steps:

[0033] (1) Pre-treatment of shrimp shells: Wash the shrimp shells, a by-product of shrimp processing, and dry them with blast air at a drying temperature of 60°C for 8 hours. Then, they are crushed through a 10-mesh sieve under the protection of liquid nitrogen.

[0034] (2) Alkali treatment: Add dilute alkali solution (10% NaOH solution) to the crushed shrimp shells, keep the temperature at 50°C, and stir for 4 hours to remove protein and minced meat; filter, and the filtrate is used to recover protein.

[0035] (3) Ascorbic acid reaction: Wash the shrimp shell obtained in step (2) until neutral, drain, take 500 grams and add it to 1250 ml of ascorbic acid solution (ratio of ascorbic acid solution: ascorbic acid: aqueous solution is 1:1 (mass ratio)) , keeping the reaction temperature at 45° C., stirring and reacting for 1 hour under...

Embodiment 3

[0038] The method that utilizes shrimp shell to prepare calcium ascorbate that the present embodiment provides, comprises the following steps:

[0039] (1) Shrimp shells, the by-products of prawn processing, are washed and blown-dried at a drying temperature of 58°C for 10 hours, and crushed through an 8-mesh sieve under the protection of liquid nitrogen;

[0040] (2) Shrimp shells after sieve treatment are filtered by stirring with alkaline solution, the temperature during mixing is 45°C, the stirring time is 5h, the alkaline solution is KOH solution, and its weight percentage is 9%. To remove protein and minced meat, etc., filter, the filtrate is used to recover protein, and the residue of shrimp shells is filtered for later use;

[0041] (3) Wash the alkali-treated shrimp shells to neutrality, drain, and add to ascorbic acid aqueous solution, the weight ratio of shrimp shells and ascorbic acid aqueous solution is 0.9:2, and the weight ratio of ascorbic acid and water in asc...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing calcium ascorbate by utilizing shrimp shells, which comprises the following steps of: (1) cleaning and drying the shrimp shells serving as byproducts in shrimp processing, and crushing and sieving under the protection of liquid nitrogen; (2) stirring the sieved shrimp shells in alkali solution, filtering and taking the shrimp shells out; (3) washing the shrimp shells subjected to alkali treatment by using water until the shrimp shells are neutral, draining, adding aqueous solution of ascorbic acid, and reacting under the protection of nitrogen with stirring; and (4) filtering the stirred solution while the solution is hot, concentrating filter liquor under reduced pressure, cooling, adding an organic solvent, standing to separate crystals out, filtering, washing the crystals by using the organic solvent and drying to obtain a calcium ascorbate product. The method is simple and is high in yield, and the economic benefit of the byproducts in the shrimp processing can be improved obviously; and the purity of the prepared product is between 95.5 and 99.5 percent, the yield is between 90 and 96 percent, and the purity and yield of the calcium ascorbate are far higher than those of products prepared by other methods.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing calcium ascorbate by utilizing shrimp shells. Background technique [0002] In 2006, the output of prawn farming in my country has reached 156×10 4 Around t, at present, my country's prawn products are mainly exported, and the export products are mainly headless prawns (shrimp). Shrimp heads and shells of prawns account for 30% to 40% of the total shrimp mass. During the processing of prawns, a large amount of leftovers of shrimp heads and shells will be produced, some of which are processed into feed, and most of them are not fully utilized. This has not only caused waste, but also polluted the environment. It is increasingly urgent for the comprehensive utilization of a large amount of waste shrimp heads and shrimp shells produced in the processing process. The content of chitin in shrimp shell is 10%-20%, the content of protein is 20%-40%, and the content of calcium carbonate is 30%-40%. The existin...
