Method for preparing calcium ascorbate by utilizing shrimp shells

The invention discloses a method for preparing calcium ascorbate by utilizing shrimp shells, which comprises the following steps of: (1) cleaning and drying the shrimp shells serving as byproducts in shrimp processing, and crushing and sieving under the protection of liquid nitrogen; (2) stirring the sieved shrimp shells in alkali solution, filtering and taking the shrimp shells out; (3) washing the shrimp shells subjected to alkali treatment by using water until the shrimp shells are neutral, draining, adding aqueous solution of ascorbic acid, and reacting under the protection of nitrogen with stirring; and (4) filtering the stirred solution while the solution is hot, concentrating filter liquor under reduced pressure, cooling, adding an organic solvent, standing to separate crystals out, filtering, washing the crystals by using the organic solvent and drying to obtain a calcium ascorbate product. The method is simple and is high in yield, and the economic benefit of the byproducts in the shrimp processing can be improved obviously; and the purity of the prepared product is between 95.5 and 99.5 percent, the yield is between 90 and 96 percent, and the purity and yield of the calcium ascorbate are far higher than those of products prepared by other methods.

The invention discloses an inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation and an application of the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation for fresh keeping of raspberries. The polysaccharide preparation disclosed by the invention contains inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide, calcium propionate, calcium ascorbate and sterile water. Fruits which are about 70% ripe in a raspberry garden are selected and the selected fruits are sprayed with the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation disclosed by the invention, after the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation is air-dried, the fruits are picked and the picked fruits are loaded into boxes, and the boxes with the fruits are put under low-temperature conditions of 3 DEG C for storage. Results indicate that after the raspberry fruits treated by the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation disclosed by the invention are stored at 3 DEG C for 20d, the fruits are bright in color, the hardness and the flavor of the fruits do not have remarkable changes, and the good fruit rate is 92% or above. After the raspberry fruits which are not sprayed with the biologic fresh-keeping agent disclosed by the invention are stored at the same temperature for 7d, the phenomena that fruits become brown in color, are dehydrated and shrink, and at the same time, the phenomena that fruits become soft and decomposed and locally become mildewed appear. In addition, the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation disclosed by the invention also has the characteristics of being easy to obtain, low in cost, safe, high-efficient and edible, so that the invention provides an effective technique means for the storage and the fresh keeping of the raspberry fruits.
