Abstract

The invention discloses an inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation and an application of the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation for fresh keeping of raspberries. The polysaccharide preparation disclosed by the invention contains inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide, calcium propionate, calcium ascorbate and sterile water. Fruits which are about 70% ripe in a raspberry garden are selected and the selected fruits are sprayed with the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation disclosed by the invention, after the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation is air-dried, the fruits are picked and the picked fruits are loaded into boxes, and the boxes with the fruits are put under low-temperature conditions of 3 DEG C for storage. Results indicate that after the raspberry fruits treated by the inonotus obliquus selenizing polysaccharide preparation disclosed by the invention are stored at 3 DEG C for 20d, the fruits are bright in color, the hardness and the flavor of the fruits do not have remarkable changes, and the good fruit rate is 92% or above. After the raspberry fruits which are not sprayed with the biologic fresh-keeping agent disclosed by the invention are stored at the same temperature for 7d, the phenomena that fruits become brown in color, are dehydrated and shrink, and at the same time, the phenomena that fruits become soft and decomposed and locally become mildewed appear.
