The scale cleaning time can be shortened to 2 to 3 days from the original 8 to 10 days. The softener for removing the scale has the advantages of innocuity, no harm and no corrosion, and can completely soften and dissolve the scale that is difficult to be removed. The problem that difficult scale of boilers of medium and low voltage power stations can not be cleaned in the prior art. The softener is also applicable to industrial boilers.
