Abstract

The invention discloses an emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive for a surface protection film and a preparation method and application thereof. The emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is polyacrylate emulsion synthesized by butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate and carboxyl-containing functional monomer through a pre-emulsification semi-continuous polymerization process; and the component B is pentaerythritol tris[3-(1-aziridinyl)propionate]. The emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive overcomes the defects that a pressure sensitive adhesive for a protection film has low initial adhesion and peel strength, and the prepared protection film has low adhesion to aluminum sections with fluorocarbon coatings and cannot be used for protecting the surfaces of the aluminum sections with the fluorocarbon coatings in the prior art; and the protection film prepared from the emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive for the surface protection film still has the characteristics of good initial adhesion, high peel strength and good adhesion to the aluminum sections with the fluorocarbon coatings and aluminum-plastic composite panels under the condition of a small coating amount, has high high-temperature high-humidity aging resistance, and ensures that residual adhesive and flecks are avoided and the aluminum sections with the fluorocarbon coatings and the aluminum-plastic composite panels are not polluted after the protection film is peeled.
