Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, most manufacturers of cleaning products at home and abroad are adding a relatively large amount (1~5%) of chelating agents in the cleaning agent to chelate metal ions, and do not use professional descaling products, which not only cannot completely remove metal ions , but affects the decontamination effect of the cleaning agent

Abstract

The invention provides a linen dedusting agent capable of removing multiple metal ions scales. The linen dedusting agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-30% of sodium gluconate, 20-27% of nitrilotriacetic acid trisodium salt, 5-10% of polyaspartic acid, 4-6% of hydroxyacetic acid, 5-8% of sodium citrate, 7-12% of maleic acid-crylic acid copolymer, 10-20% of sodium fluosilicate, 4-6% of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA)-tetrasodium, 2-4% of citric acid, 0.1-0.5% of whitening agent and 0.1-1% of essence. The invention provides a washing auxiliary which is used for a post-treatment stage after main washing is completed so as to remove the metal ion scales which are generated in the washing process and adhered on linen in order to soften the linen, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the linen.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cleaning aid suitable for cleaning linen in professional laundry rooms, and a deashing agent for removing residual metal ions in linen and water. Background technique [0002] Linen is a general term for different textures of clothes, bed sheets, quilt covers, bath towels, etc. in commercial (hotel) laundry rooms. At present, the cleaning agents used in the cleaning of linen are gradually specialized, and different washing processes and cleaning agents are used according to the stains on the linen. In actual washing, the linen after repeated washing is prone to graying, yellowing, or even hardening, which shortens the service life of the linen and greatly increases the cost. The reason for the above phenomenon of linen is that the metal ions contained in water, equipment and cleaning agents are attached to the linen fibers. These metal ions are mainly calcium magnesium iron ions, and also include copper manganese plasma. ...
