Problems solved by technology

The second is serious pollution of the environment. 50-60% of the unrecovered nitrogen in the farmland in the current season enters the water body and the atmosphere. It is estimated that about 60% of the nitrogen flowing into rivers and lakes comes from chemical fertilizers, which directly leads to eutrophication of the water body and causes algae. Crazy growth, deterioration of water quality, and death of aquatic organisms; remaining ...

Embodiment 1

[0022] A kind of sustained-release material preparation with modified zeolite as carrier comprises the following steps:

[0023] (1) The natural zeolite is subjected to high temperature treatment at 200°C for 2 hours, crushed and sieved, and soaked in 0.5mol / l hydrochloric acid for 2 hours to dealuminate the skeleton;

[0024] (2) Grinding the zeolite after acid treatment to 200 mesh fine powder with powder equipment after drying;

[0025] (3) According to the mass percentage, 97% of the modified zeolite fine powder is added with 1% of chitosan and 2% of acrylamide and mixed uniformly to prepare an environment-friendly slow-release material.

Embodiment 2

[0027] A kind of sustained-release material preparation with modified zeolite as carrier comprises the following steps:

[0028] (1) The natural zeolite is subjected to high temperature treatment at 250°C for 1.5h, crushed and sieved, and soaked in 1mol / l hydrochloric acid for 1h at the same time to dealuminate the skeleton;

[0029] (2) Grinding the zeolite after acid treatment to 250 mesh fine powder with powder equipment after drying;

[0030] (3) According to the mass percentage, add 2% chitosan and 3% acrylamide to 95% modified zeolite fine powder and mix uniformly to prepare the slow-release material.

Embodiment 3

[0032] A kind of sustained-release material preparation with modified zeolite as carrier comprises the following steps:

[0033] (1) The natural zeolite is subjected to high temperature treatment at 300°C for 3 hours, crushed and sieved, and soaked in 2mol / l hydrochloric acid for 0.5h at the same time to dealuminate the framework;

[0034] (2) Grinding the zeolite after acid treatment to 300 mesh fine powder with powder equipment after drying;

[0035] (3) According to the mass percentage, add 3% chitosan and 1% acrylamide to 96% modified zeolite fine powder and mix uniformly to prepare the slow-release material.

Abstract

The invention relates to a slow release material using modified zeolite as a carrier, and a preparation method and application thereof. The slow release material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 94-98% of modified zeolite, 1-3% of chitosan and 1-3% of acrylamide. The preparation method of modified zeolite comprises the following steps: treating natural zeolite at the high temperature of 200-400 DEG C for 1.5-3 hours, crushing, screening, and soaking with 0.5-2 mol/l hydrochloric acid for 0.5-2 hours to carry out framework dealuminization; and drying zeolite subjected to acid treatment, grinding with a powder device to obtain 200-300 mesh fine powder, thereby obtaining the modified zeolite. 1-3% of chitosan and 1-3% of acrylamide are added and evenly mixed with 94-98% of modified zeolite to obtain the slow release material. The slow release material can be added into a fertilizer to obtain the environment-friendly slow release fertilizer, wherein the slow release material accounts for 5-20% by mass of the fertilizer. The slow release fertilizer has the advantages of lower nutrient release rate in soil, long fertilizer effect period, and less pollution to the environment and water body, and has favorable functions of holding water, loosening soil, keeping soil from packing together and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of mineral materials related to plant nutrition, in particular to a slow-release material with modified zeolite as a carrier, a preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Due to the single variety of chemical fertilizers used in my country for decades (especially in the past ten years) and one-sided belief that it is necessary to increase production, as long as more fertilizers are applied, the amount of fertilizers will increase blindly, which has reached an unacceptable level for resources, environment and ecology. my country's arable land area is less than 10% of the world's, while the consumption of chemical fertilizers has accounted for more than one-third of the world's consumption. However, the utilization rate of fertilizers in my country is very low at present, and the fertilizer efficiency of conventional fertilizers is only about 30%. The problems of waste of resources and energy and ...
