In the PV-LED solar-battery illuminating device disclosed by the invention, electricity-generating equipment and illuminating equipment are integrated into the same device, the electricity is generated by utilizing a solar battery under the irradiation of the sunlight at daytime, electrical energy is converted into chemical energy to be stored in the storage battery, and the illumination is supplied for an energy-saving type LED lamp at night, so that the consumption of other energy sources is saved through a circuit design; and double-surface glass packaging is utilized by the device, and the building requirements for both structural strength and heat-preserving performance can be met.
