Abstract

The invention relates to the fields of catalytic material and heterogeneous catalysis. A high performance alpha-pinene isomerization catalyst is prepared by using a commercial Beta molecular sieve as a raw material and carrying out a post treatment modification on the Beta molecular sieve through an alkali treatment. Specific preparation conditions comprise: employing sodium hydroxide solution to carry out an alkali treatment on the Beta molecular sieve; filtering; washing; drying at 110 DEG C; and roasting at 550 DEG C. The catalyst preparation method of the invention is simply operated and has mild reaction conditions on alpha-pinene isomerization; main products of camphene, alpha-terpinene, limonene, gamma-terpinene and terpinolene have high selectivity; the catalyst has no pollution to equipment and environment; and the catalytic process is environment friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of catalytic materials and heterogeneous catalysis, in particular to a catalyst capable of efficiently catalyzing the isomerization of α-pinene, and also relates to its application. Background technique [0002] α-pinene is the main component of turpentine, which is the most produced and cheapest essential oil in the world. α-pinene is particularly sensitive to acids, and can undergo reactions such as isomerization, oxidation, hydrogenation, addition, esterification, and polymerization, especially the isomerization products under the action of acids, which are ideal for the preparation of spices, medicines, and fine chemicals. important intermediates, such as the synthesis of camphor from camphene. There are many catalysts for isomerization of α-pinene, but the reaction products are complicated. Therefore, under relatively mild reaction conditions, improving the conversion rate of α-pinene and the selectivity of hig...
