The self-heated TCM emplastrum comprises a sealing bag, a plaster and a self-heated bag, wherein the plaster and the self-heated bag are wrapped in the sealing bag and are bonded together up and down; the self-heated bag comprises an air-permeable bag and chemical heating materials which are wrapped in the air-permeable bag and are used for iron oxidation-reduction reactions; and the plaster comprises a backing layer, a medicine storage layer and an anti-adhesion layer.
