Embodiment 1

[0014] Example 1 Treatment of Liriodendron tulipifera scion sealing wax in Phnom Penh

[0015] (1) Storage of scion sealing wax: In late February, select annual branches that grow robustly and are free from diseases and insect pests, and cut them to a length of 10-12 cm, leaving 2-3 buds for each scion 1, and the distance between the upper end of the scion 1 and the buds is 1.0 ~1.5 cm. Put the paraffin wax into a beaker, heat it to 48-50°C, keep the wax liquid at a depth of 20-25 cm, clamp the scion 1 with tweezers, immerse the whole scion 1 in the wax liquid, keep it for 1 second, quickly take it out and cool it naturally, Make its surface stained with a thin layer of wax liquid, and then wrap it in a plastic bag and store it at low temperature (5-10°C). It can seal 600-800 scions per hour.

[0016] (2) Grafting: After 20 to 30 days, as the temperature rises, rootstock buds begin to germinate, and scion 1 is taken out at this time. During grafting, the side of the lower en...

Embodiment 2

[0020] Example 2 Wisteria multiflora scion sealing wax treatment

[0021] (1) Scion sealing wax preservation: In January, combined with the pruning of wisteria multiflora, select annual growth branches that are robust and free from diseases and insect pests, and cut them to a length of 10-15 cm. Each scion 1 leaves 2 buds, and the upper end of the scion 1 is separated from the buds. The distance is 1.0 to 1.5 cm. Put the paraffin wax into a beaker, heat it to 48-50°C, keep the wax liquid at a depth of 25-30 cm, clamp the scion 1 with tweezers, immerse the whole scion 1 in the wax liquid, keep it for 1 second, take it out quickly and let it cool down naturally. Its surface is stained with a thin layer of wax liquid, which can seal 600-800 scions per hour. Then wrap it in a plastic bag and express it. The transportation time is 2-5 days, and it is stored at a low temperature (5-10°C) after arrival.

[0022] (2) Grafting: In March, as the temperature rises, rootstock 2 buds beg...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing wax sealing of cion of plant grafting. The method comprises a step for preserving the cion in a wax sealing mode, in the step, an annual plant branch which is in strong growth and has no disease and insect pest is selected, the annual plant branch is cut into the cion with length of 10-15cm, low melting-point paraffin wax is heated to 48-50 DEG C, the cion is soaked into the wax liquid for whole sealing, the cion can be cooled after being taken out rapidly, and the cion is preserved under a low temperature after being packaged by a plastic bag. During the grafting, the cion is inserted into a notch of a rootstock, cambium layers of a long surface side and an inclined surface side of the cion can be in alignment and tight contact with the cambium layers at two sides of the rootstock, and a grafting combination part can be firmly bound by a plastic film belt. According to the method for processing the wax sealing of the cion of the plant grafting, disclosed by the invention, convenience is brought for the transportation and preservation of cion materials, the water evaporation of the cion can be reduced, and thus the survival rate of the grafting can be increased; and the time for binding during the grafting can be shortened, and the time and the labor are saved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of human life, in particular to the field of agriculture, in particular to a method for grafting and propagating plants, in particular to a scion sealing wax treatment method for plant grafting. Background technique [0002] Grafting is the main means of woody plant breeding. When carrying out branch grafting in spring, it is necessary to collect the scion in advance, and some need to transport the scion for a long time. The scion must be properly preserved after collection, otherwise it will easily cause dryness or mildew. People often use wet papyrus wrapping and wrapping in plastic bags for low-temperature storage, or low-temperature sand storage. The method of wrapping wet straw paper and wrapping in plastic bags will not cause major problems for short-term storage and transportation, but it will often become moldy due to high humidity during long-term transportation and storage. Low-temperature sand storage re...
