Problems solved by technology

[0009] The first and second methods above account for more than 70% of the total amount of straw, which not only wastes resources but also seriously pollutes the environment
The third method is rarely used due to the limitations of production technology, production cost and product use.
The 4th and 5th methods have poor palatability as feed to feed livestock, and their nutritional content is not high, so they can only partially replace the roughage of ruminants, and the amount of use is less

Embodiment 1

[0023] A method for producing bioactive protein feed by fermenting stalks, the method comprising the following steps:

[0024] (1) Aspergillus niger (Aspergillus niger) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) strains were respectively cultured in test tubes, shake flasks, and seed tanks, and then the inoculation amount was 8-25% according to the volume percentage of the medium. The cultured bacterial liquid is respectively connected to the liquid medium in the fermenter for 20-48 hours to become a mature bacterial liquid;

[0025] (2) Insert the cultured mature bacteria liquid into the sterilized bran respectively, culture at a temperature of 22-34°C, and after culturing for 20-48 hours, the bran cultured by the two strains respectively, according to After mixing the Aspergillus niger strain and the Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain in a ratio of 5-6:4-5, it is the compound microbial koji strain for production;

[0026] (3) Crush the straw into particles with a ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a biological active protein feed produced by straw fermentation and a manufacturing method for the biological active protein feed. Straws which are used as coarse fodder for feeding livestock are low in palatability and nutrient components, and can only partially substitute coarse fodder for ruminants, so the using amount of the straws is relatively small. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: (1) culturing strains of Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae respectively to obtain mature bacterial liquids; (2) inoculating the cultured mature bacterial liquids into sterilized bran respectively, and culturing to obtain composite microbial yeast seeds for production; (3) crushing the straws into particles with a diameter of less than 1cm, mixing the cultured composite microbial yeast seeds in an amount which is 1 to 5 percent of the weight of a dry material and urea in an amount which is 1 to 5 percent of the weight of the dry material, inoculating into the crushed straws, adding water in an amount which is 70 to 130 percent of the weight of the dry straw material, stirring uniformly, and fermenting; and (4) dehydrating and drying the fermented straw particles by using a dryer to ensure that the water content of the fermented straw particles is reduced to less than 12 percent, and performing extrusion forming to obtain the biological active protein feed. The invention provides a feed.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a biologically active protein feed produced by solid fermenting straw with compound microbial flora and a preparation method of the feed. Background technique: [0002] In the present invention, "straw" refers to straws of matured crops, including bean straws, sorghum straws, corn straws, bagasse, peanut vines, rice straws and other straws, as well as straws of mature plants and crushed straws. Its main components are: crude fiber accounts for about 40%, nitrogen-free extract accounts for about 40%, and the protein content is very low, only about 5-6%. Due to its low nutritional value, high degree of lignification, and poor palatability of livestock, it can only be added as a small amount of roughage for ruminants. [0003] At present, there are the following methods for straw treatment at home and abroad: [0004] 1. Use straw as fuel. [0005] 2. Burn the straw in the field, and return the ashes to the field as fertilizer...
