The method comprises the following steps of: reacting solid potassium chloride and concentrated sulfuric acid to prepare a potassium bisulfate solution of which the concentration is 94 to 96 percent; producing an ammonium nitrate solution of which the weight concentration is 93 to 95 percent; filling the potassium bisulfate solution and the ammonium nitrate solution into a middle groove of a granulation high tower through a dedicated conveying pipe by a pump provided with a metering device according to the amount; filling ammonia gas into the mixed solution of the potassium bisulfate and ammonium nitrate in the middle groove to adjust the pH value of the mixed solution until the solution is neutral; and pumping the mixed solution in the middle groove into a secondary evaporator on the granulation high tower through a middle pump to obtain the mixed solution of which the water content is less than or equal to 0.5 percent, wherein the mixed solution flows into a fusing groove and then enters a granulator from the fusing groove, and a nozzle of the granulator rotates to spray granules.
