Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method for preparing a carbon nanotube film and relates to the liquid crystal panel manufacturing field. Requirements on transmitance and conductivity can be achieved without compounding with ITO, and the technology is simple. The method for preparing the carbon nanotube film comprises the following steps of: cleaning a substrate; immersing the cleaned substrate into a silane coupling agent for surface silanization; placing the substrate which has undergone the surface silanization treatment into a carbon nanotube dispersion liquid for biomimetic synthesis of the carbon nanotube film on the substrate, wherein the carbon nanotube dispersion liquid is obtained by the mixing of a carbon nanotube, a sulfonate-containing polymer, a cellulose polymer solution containing carboxyl groups and a perfluoro cationic surfactant; and removing organic matters from the substrate. The embodiment of the invention is used for the preparation of the carbon nanotube film.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of liquid crystal panel manufacture, in particular to a method for preparing a carbon nanotube film. Background technique [0002] The main raw material of the transparent conductive layer in the array substrate of the liquid crystal display and the color filter substrate is the metal oxide of indium tin oxide (ITO). ITO can provide just optical transparency and relatively good electrical conductivity. But it has relatively low electrical conductivity compared with metals such as gold and silver. Therefore, there are certain limitations when applied to fields such as touch screens, displays, and plasma displays. In addition, the abrasion resistance of ITO films is poor, and the cost of indium, the main component of ITO, is relatively high. Therefore, it has become a trend to use optical films with better performance such as carbon nanotubes. [0003] Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been widely concerned and studied as...
