The bulk waterproof emulsion explosive comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 65-85 parts of ammonium nitrate, 0-12 parts of sodium nitrate, 12-19 parts of water, 0.02-0.06 part of thiourea, 0.01-0.02 part of sodium carbonate, 0.04-0.08 part of acetic acid, 5-7 parts of composite oil phase and 0.06-0.12 part of sodium nitrite, wherein the composite oil phase comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 31-41 parts of base oil MVI, 32-42 parts of liquid paraffin, 20-23 parts of ester polar polyfunctional high-molecular emulsifying agent, 3.5-5.5 parts of soya bean lecithin, 1-2 parts of glycerol monolaurate and 0.5-1.5 parts of isomeric alcohol ethoxylates. The composite oil phase enables a water phase to be emulsified quickly under the condition that the linear velocity is less than or equal to 5.52m / s (less than or equal to 500r / min), and has the safety performance; the prepared latex matrix has the advantages of stability, water resistance, bumpiness resistance and proper viscosity, the storage period is more than one year, the water resistance period is more than three months, and the transportation radius is more than 300km; and the explosive velocity of the emulsion explosive in holes is 5800-6000m / s, and various blasting indexes are superior to the national standard of emulsion explosive.
