Abstract

The film is of a film structure formed by flocculation and aggregation of chitosan. The preparation method includes the steps: firstly, putting chitosan raw materials in an appropriate quantity into acetic acid aqueous solution so that chitosan solution is prepared; secondly, putting sodium hydroxide, urea and zinc acetate into deionized water with uniform stirring so that chitosan solidification liquid is prepared; thirdly, dropwise adding the solidification liquid into the chitosan solution with high-speed stirring; fourthly, precipitating the chitosan continuously in a flocculating manner along with dropwise adding, and stopping dropwise adding until a pH (potential of hydrogen) value is increased to the range from 6.5 to 7.5; fifthly, catching flocculation with a stainless steel filter screen so as to obtain the film formed by flocculation and aggregation of the chitosan; and sixthly, cleaning the film with the deionized water and naturally drying so that the chitosan film is obtained.
