Abstract

The device comprises a high-voltage power supply, a rack and a processing channel which is fixed on the rack; an outlet and an inlet of the channel are respectively provided with a conductive guide roller, and the conductive guide rollers are fixed on the rack; the outer surface of the processing channel is insulated, and the processing channel is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; a positive plate is arranged in the processing channel or the inner wall of the processing channel is configured to be the positive plate; and the positive plate is connected with the anode of the high-voltage power supply, and the guide rollers are connected with the cathode of the high-voltage power supply.
