Embodiment 1

[0018] Example 1: figure 1 As shown, the method for preparing hydrogen chloride by pressurized hydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride adopts the following process steps.

[0019] The hydrogen chloride solution with a mass fraction of 11.5% is mixed with silicon tetrachloride and enters the hydrolysis tank to complete the hydrolysis process. The desorption operation is completed in the tank to obtain 0.3MPa hydrogen chloride gas; the decomposed mixed solution enters the thermal desorption tank again, the temperature of thermal desorption is 90°C, and the dissolved hydrogen chloride gas completes thermal desorption again to obtain 0.3MPa hydrogen chloride gas. After the hydrogen chloride is decomposed in the thermal desorption tank, the remaining mixed raffinate is cooled by the heat exchanger and then enters the plate and frame filter for filtration. The filtrate is added with supplementary water to adjust the mass fraction of hydrogen chloride to 11.5%, which is used for the hydr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing hydrogen chloride through pressured hydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing a hydrogen chloride solution with silicon tetrachloride, and carrying out a hydrolysis reaction under pressure of 0.5-1.0MPa; (2) analyzing reaction liquid obtained from the hydrolysis to obtain hydrogen chloride gas and mixing liquid under pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa; and (3) thermally analyzing the mixing liquid to obtain hydrogen chloride gas and mixing residual liquid under pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa. The hydrogen chloride gas under pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa is generated in the hydrolysis process of the method, and the hydrogen chloride gases obtained from analysis and thermal analysis are combined and directly applied to the synthesis of trichlorosilane, so that a following high-temperature hydrochloric acid analysis process is avoided, and the method has the characteristics of simple following trichlorosilane synthesis process and low cost. The method is simple in process and low in cost, and is capable of solving the problem that a great amount of hydrochloric acid waste liquid is generated by the conventional hydrolysis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical industry, in particular to a method for preparing hydrogen chloride by pressurized hydrolysis of silicon tetrachloride, a by-product of polysilicon production. Background technique [0002] At present, the mainstream process of polysilicon production at home and abroad is the improved Siemens method, which mainly includes two reaction processes of trichlorosilane synthesis and trichlorosilane reduction. In these two processes, a large number of by-products are produced, that is, about 10 tons of silicon tetrachloride will be generated for every 1 ton of polysilicon produced. How to consume and deal with these by-product silicon tetrachloride has become a bottleneck restricting the polysilicon industry. [0003] The Chinese patent "Process of producing precipitated white carbon black with silicon tetrachloride" with publication number CN101734667A proposes a process for hydrolysis treatment of silicon tetr...
