Abstract

The invention discloses a method for enhancing soil fertility by promoting straw degradation through protease, and relates to the technical field of bio-enzyme application and soil fertilizer. The method comprises the steps of at daily mean temperature of 20-29 DEG C, (1) slicing and grinding the straw into small sections of 0.1-8cm to obtain ground straw; (2) spraying a protease solution onto the ground straw; and (3) embedding the ground straw sprayed with the protease solution into the soil. Through returning the straw added with the protease solution into the field, the method for enhancing the soil fertility disclosed by the invention solves the problems of reduced nitrogen content, barrier to crop growth and the like appearing in the early stage of returning the straw into the field, and improves the nitrogen content in the soil, enhances soil fertility, improves crop growth environment, turns waste into valuable things, and reduces the cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biological enzyme application and soil fertilizer, in particular to a method for enhancing soil fertility by using protease to promote straw degradation. Background technique [0002] my country is a large agricultural country with abundant straw resources. The annual output of straw in my country is about 700 million tons. Straw returning to the field is an important part of ecological agriculture and circular agriculture. However, in recent years, with the development of the rural economy, clean and convenient petrochemical energy has replaced traditional crop straws. About 2 / 3 of the total straw is burned directly in the country every year, which accelerates soil degradation and causes soil to compensate for the lack of organic matter. And soil failure, soil ecological environment into a vicious circle. The pollution of chemical fertilizers to the environment is becoming more and more serious, resulti...
