The device comprises a gas source, a booster pump, a buffer tank, a reaction kettle and a vacuum pump which are connected in sequence, wherein a pressure adjusting valve is arranged between the gas source and the booster pump; a valve is arranged between the booster pump and the buffer tank; the buffer tank is connected with the reaction kettle through two branches; the pressure adjusting valve and the valve are arranged on the branches respectively; the two branches are joined and connected with the reaction kettle through the valve; two branches are arranged at the output end of the reaction kettle, one branch is connected with the vacuum pump through the valve, and a valve and a back pressure valve are arranged on the other branch respectively; a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor are arranged on the buffer tank and the reaction kettle respectively; a camera storage tube, a conductivity meter, a magnetic stirring paddle and a transparent observation window are also arranged on the reaction kettle; and a stainless steel lining is arranged at the inner side of the reaction kettle.
