The preparation method comprises the steps of: carrying out coextrusion and formation on polyethylene, adhesive resin and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer to obtain a hot melt pipe comprising the first polyethylene layer, the second polyethylene layer, the first adhesive resin layer, the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer, the second adhesive resin layer, the third polyethylene layer and the forth polyethylene layer which sequentially contact; carrying out blow molding filming and cooling sizing on the hot melt pipe; and carrying out corona treatment on the outer surface of the film which is cooled and sized to obtain the high-barrier transparency film.
