Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treatment of parkinson's disease, comprising: (1) weighing pulp of dogwood fruit, angelica sinensis, polygonum multiflorum, herba cistanche, salvia root, and root of common peony, immersing the medicines with water 10-12 times of the medicines for 1-2 hours, decocting and extracting twice, wherein each time lasts for 1-2 hours, adding the decoction liquids together, concentrating to get a concentrated solution for standby; (2) adding alcohol to the concentrated solution obtained in the step (1) until the concentration of alcohol in the concentrated solution reaches 60-80%, standing, depositing, taking supernatant, concentrating to get a alcohol precipitation concentrate for standby, and (3) adding a diluent of cyclodextrin or corn starch to the alcohol precipitation concentrate obtained in the step (2), mixing uniformly, granuling, drying, and preparing into granules to get the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has a substantial curative effect on treating the parkinson's disease.
