Abstract

The invention discloses a drying method or a low-temperature dry distillation method and device of brown coal or low-metamorphic candle coal. According to the method and the device, a plurality of tail gas discharging holes are formed at the top of a tunnel-type drying room; more than one condensate water discharging outlet is formed at the bottom of the tunnel-type drying room; the feeding end part of the tunnel-type drying room is a low-temperature segment; the discharging end part of the tunnel-type drying room is a high-temperature segment; a hot air inlet or a steam inlet is formed on the high-temperature segment; a charging car which moves from the feeding end part to the discharging end part is movably arranged in the tunnel-type drying room; and a plurality of metal material pipes provided with venting holes are mounted on the charging car at intervals. A heat exchanger communicated with the tail gas discharging holes and the hot air inlet or the steam inlet is also arranged on the device. The moving direction of the charging car is opposite to the leading-in direction of the hot air or the steam, so that the temperature of materials in the metal material pipes can be increased gradually; and thus the materials are dried or distilled. The water content of the materials after being dried or distilled is decreased obviously; and the majority of the water evaporated from the materials can be discharged as the condensate water. Therefore, the method is environment-friendly and easy to control, and realizes the recycling of the vaporization heating part. The equipment is simple, low in cost and easy for mass production.
