Abstract

The invention provides a polymethylmethacrylate material micro-fluidic chip processing technology which is a technology used for processing of a micro-fluidic chip apparatus, belonging to the technical field of instrumental analysis science. A micro-fluidic chip is an apparatus used for rapid detection and analysis of liquid substances. The technology in the invention is a low-cost rapid processing technology for the micro-fluidic chip. The technology comprises direct laser printing of the micro-fluidic chip, heat sealing, hot-melt embedding and fixing of electrodes and circuits of the chip, designing of electric signal transmission through communication between the micro-fluidic chip and external equipment in virtue of contact electrodes and designing of a removable micro-fluidic chip fixing mount. With the technology provided by the invention, production of a micro-fluidic chip not involving an organic solvent is cheap, and the micro-fluidic chip is convenient to use and even becomes a disposable consumable. If the polymethylmethacrylate material micro-fluidic chip processing technology is used in batch production, cost for micro-fluidic chips is lower, and a critical promotion effect is exerted on industrialization and popularization of the micro-fluidic chips.
