The fusion method is characterized in that hyphal cells of pleurotus nebrodensis and pleurotus eryngii are subjected tot enzymatic hydrolysis for preparation of the protoplasts, the pleurotus nebrodensis protoplast is subjected to the heat inactivation to serve as a mark, and the pleurotus eryngii protoplast is subjected to ultraviolet inactivation to serve as a mark, the pleurotus nebrodensis protoplast and the pleurotus eryngii protoplast are fused by adopting a PEG (Polyethylene Glycol) mediated chemical fusion method, and a fused strain is comprehensively tested through antagonistic experiments, bacterial colony phenotypes, hypha shapes and fruiting experiments in combination of RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA).
