The system also comprises a water storage tank, a first water pump is arranged on a channel, which connects the water storage tank and the upper end of the acid neutralizing slag device, and a second water pump is arranged on a channel, which connected the water storage tank and the upper end of the dehydrated aluminum sludge device.
