Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: mashing the internal organ tissues of the squids, adding water to homogenize according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:(3-5) (m / v), adjusting the pH (potential of Hydrogen) value to 7.0-8.0, adding trypsin to hydrolyze for 5-7 hours at the temperature of 35-45 DEG C to obtain enzymatic hydrolysate; deactivating enzyme; centrifuging; taking supernatant; intercepting the polypeptide with molecular weight of being less than or equal to 5KD through an ultrafiltration cup; performing freeze drying to obtain the polypeptide with high antioxidant activity.
