According to the method, residue containing Al<3+>, K<+>, SO4<2-> and CaSO4 is generated through a reaction of the residue obtained by low-temperature decomposition of potassium feldspar and NH4F with fluorite and H2SO4; the decomposition rate of the potassium feldspar is greater than 95% for sure through the two-step reaction. The method comprises the following steps: leaching the residue containing Al<3+>, K<+>, SO4<2-> and CaSO4 to obtain leaching liquid containing K<+>, Al<3+> and SO4<2->; adding KOH into the obtained leaching liquid to obtain Al(OH)3 precipitate; filtering the precipitate to obtain a K2SO4 solution; adding Ca(NO3)2; boiling and filtering to obtain CaSO4 precipitate and a KNO3 solution; and concentrating and crystallizing to obtain the potassium nitrate. The process is simplified, and the production efficiency is high.
