Embodiment 1

[0023] Firstly, the bagasse fiber is pretreated: the bagasse fiber is dispersed and loosened for 5-10 minutes, boiled with deionized water for 2 hours, and then washed with ethanol and deionized water to remove impurities in the bagasse fiber. Then control the bath ratio to 1:30, place it in a NaOH solution with a mass concentration of 10% at room temperature and continuously stir at 100-200 rpm, activate for 60 minutes, wash until neutral, and dry for later use;

[0024] Control the bath ratio to 1:30, weigh 5g of activated bagasse fibers, place them in a sodium periodate solution with a concentration of 10g / L, react in the dark at 50°C for 120min, and wash thoroughly with deionized water to remove unreacted fibers. After the oxidizing agent is dried, the oxidized bagasse cellulose is obtained;

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for an adsorbent for treating dye wastewater, and particularly discloses a preparation method for a biomass adsorbent for treating anionic dye wastewater. The adsorbent is prepared by pretreating sugarcane bagasse, performing alkali activation and oxidization treatment, and then grafting a hyperbranched polyamidoamine polymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) performing pretreatment, alkali activation and oxidization treatment on sugarcane bagasse fiber; (2) grafting the oxidized sugarcane bagasse fiber with the hyperbranched polyamidoamine to obtain the polyamino-modified sugarcane bagasse-based adsorbent. The prepared adsorbent has the characteristics of being good in stability, good in adsorption effect, wide in application range and the like, and can be used for treating the anionic dye wastewater. Taking Congo red dye wastewater for example, the Congo red adsorption capacity and adsorption efficiency of the adsorbent respectively achieve 240mg/g and 97%. The prepared adsorbent is wide in raw material source, low in price and easily available, low in cost, convenient to operate when being applied to wastewater treatment, and simple in technology.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a biosorbent, in particular to a preparation method of a biosorbent for dye wastewater treatment. Background technique [0002] The printing and dyeing process of textiles will produce a large amount of wastewater, which contains a certain amount of dyes. The water quality of printing and dyeing wastewater is complex, with high organic content, deep color and low biodegradability. The treatment methods usually include adsorption method, flocculation method, redox method, biochemical method and membrane treatment method. The adsorption method is to use the unique physical structure or chemical structure of the adsorbent to achieve the effective removal of pollutants in the water body through the action of van der Waals force and chemical bonds. The adsorption method is used in the treatment of organic pollutant wastewater, which has the advantages of wide application range and no secondary pollution, so ...
